In our area there are many muslims, many Masjid’s are here, many of the Masjid’s toilet is constructed with the money of a person who is a muslim by birth and the said persons business is running a cards club and a beer bar with ladies dancing,Please supply me a Fatawa for this situation. Such money is allowed or not.

It is not permissible to construct a toilet for a Musjid with income accrued through unlawful sources.
