Answer

According to the Shari?ah, non-Zabiha meat (meat of animals not slaughtered according to the Shari?ah) is Haraam (strictly prohibited)

This is a unanimous ruling of all the Madhaahib (schools of thought). Any food outlet, including McDonalds, tacobells, etc. which sells non-Zabiha meat is not permissible.
