Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

Over here currently Dhur time starts at 1:45pm. But during Jummah first Adhan is made at 1:30pm and the Khutbah starts at 1:35pm. 1) should we pray Sunnah prayer after the fard salah? 2) In one masjid they have the first jummah salat at 12:40pm which finishes before 1:30pm. Is this salat valid according to any school? For reference see http://www.mca-sfba.org/mca/2003/pres-11apr2003.htm

Answer

According to the Hanafi Madhab, Salaat performed before its prescribed time is not valid.

As regards to Madhaahib, there have been other views mentioned. You may refer to the Ulama of those Madhaahib.
