After she had sexual intercourse with her husband in the night/early morning or anytime during the day…1) does she has to take ghusal and then start her daily routine household work

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

For a wife, after she had sexual intercourse with her husband in the night/early morning or anytime during the day… 1) does she has to take ghusal and then start her daily routine household work or is it okay for her to make only wudhu and start the household chores?. Cause after the intercourse when she take ghusal she easily catch up cold and that leads to headache sometimes fever. 2) After sexual intercouse by not taking ghusal and making only wudhu whether she can touch the food items or anything, whether I can kiss/suck her mouth/lips/tongue? whether she can prepare the food and keep other things (pressing the clothes, polishing the shoes, etc.) ready for her husband who is going to office in the morning or whenever?..jazakallah khair for your answers.wassalaam

Answer

After intercourse with her husband, the woman does not have to make Ghusl immediately. She can start her household chores, prepare food, iron clothes, kiss her husband, etc. in this state of Janaabt.

However, it will be better to make Ghusl as soon as possible and be in a clean state. (Bahishti Zewar vol.1)
