There is no reason for you to be ashamed to address such issues. If one has a problem, it has to be addressed. Being silent and ashamed will not solve the problem.
Watching pornographic movies and masturbating are both grievous and heinous sins. It is highly possible that watching the nude and immoral movies excite one’s passion which leads to masturbation. Kindly refer attached.
