1- my age is 14 i want to know regarding puberty .a few days bfore i purposely rubbed my privete parts .to check whether i m baligh or not .i know this was wrong .but i was in tension and wanted to know that i m baligh or not bcoz imay have experienced ihtilaam but i didnot knew about ihtilaam that time . i didnot also know that it was ihtilaam or not ,this action(rubbing of private)was my first time but now i have repented and i will not do it again.i didnot did that because of sexual thoughts i just did it to check that i was baligh or not.i will never do it again
2-i have a disease of white spots onthe skin of my left hand.my mom says that it is from the time i was 4 yrs old.i want to finish it.our nabi (saw)ha s said there is a cure for every disease in surah fatiha.what does this mean by that.

It is Haraam (prohibited) to do so irrespective of the reason to do so. Shaytaan decorates sins in many ways and creates false excuses to legalize Haraam. You should sincerely seek forgiveness for what you have done and ensure never to repeat that act in future.
Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said “Surah Fatiha is a cure for all ailments”. If you read Surah Fatiha with the correct Yaqeen (belief) and full reliance on Allah, surely, Allah will cure you.

دَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- :« فَاتِحَةُ الْكِتَابِ شِفَاءٌ مِنْ كُلِّ دَاءٍ »
