Is the child of ‘zinaa’ considered the man’s? If such an incident occurred between kufar, and child eventually became Muslim, should the now Muslim child be named someone ibn so-and-so ?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org
Answer

An illegitimate child is not considered as the child of the biological father as that recognition may lead to complacency to an adulterous relationship.

If the child becomes a Muslim, he/she may adopt a single name.
