Answer

From your question, we understand that your parents and brother are not
Muslims. In principle, there is no inheritance between Muslims and
non-Muslims. However, there may be Wasiyyat (bequeath) between Muslims and
non-Muslims.

We suggest you draw up an Islamic Will stipulating who you wish to bequeath
your estate to. If at the time of death, there are no Muslim relatives, the
persons (parents, brothers, etc.) / organizations whm you have stipulated
will receive the entire estate in the proportion you have stipulated.
