What is the proof for the people not to raise their hands in Du’a Qunoot, (ie they fold their arms or keep them to their sides) in the Witr of ‘Isha and Qunoot-e-Nazila?

There is no restrictions in raising the hands during dua of witr and
Qunoot-e-Naazila.
