Can we do zikr of Ayats from the Qur’an (see details) instead of or inaddition to, the common zikr of SubhanAllah, Astaghfirullah, etc.

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

Ayats like — LA-ILAHA ILLA ANTA SUB’HAANAKA INNI KUNTU MINAZZALLIMEEN! INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAYHI RAAJI’OON! ALLAHU LA ILAHA ILLA HUWAL HAYYUL QAYYUM! HASBI-ALLAHU LAA ILAHA ILLA HU ALAIHI TAWAKKALTU WAHUWA RABBUL ARSHIL AZEEM! (This is when you do zikr while driving, or performing routine tasks or just sitting in one place with nothing to do.)

Answer
