Can a muslim with the a history of creating problem with violent type of behavior can be bar from entering properties of a Muslim organization (which owned few masjids and facilities) and preventing him to attend any events without giving him a chance of recent violent attack on an organiztion”s president ! There was no action taken on his past violent behaviour.

2. What are the reasons behind the violent behaviour?
3. What type of violent behaviour was carried out by this individual?
4. Was this a once of occasion or are the attacks recurring?
5. Is there a fear of violent attacks in the future?
6. Was the any reconciliation between the parties involved?
7. Was there any remorse or apology from the individual for the actions perpetrated?
8. Is the organisation or any specific person the owner of the property and facilities or is it public as a musjid has to be in waqf? Are the events being held on private property?
