Of Qadha Salah and touching Quran translation in the state of Haidh.

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

As Salaamu Alaikum

1)Previosly one was unaware regarding rules of tahaarat. Some Salaah and fasts were most likely performed in a state of impurity or broken due to ignorance. There is no certainty on how many Salaah and fasts were affected. What should one do in this regard and is it necessary to perform Qadha?

2) Is it lawful for females studying Qur’aan to handle the Kitaab: Qur’aan made Easy during Haidh? What about writing words of Qur’aan?

Jazakallah Khairan

You state, some salah and fasts were most likely performed in the state of impurity or broken due to ignorance. In order for us to advise, further explain why you, most likely think that the salah and fast are broken. You may respond on admin@daruliftaa.net Ref. Muhammed Shafi.
