Is it allowed to apply nail mehandi that is made by burning sugar/ jaggery/tea leaves and the evaporated liquid is collected and applied?
It won’t peel off..so will wudu be valid?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If the nail mehendi merely colours the nail like normal mehendi and it does not create a surface above the nail, then it is permissible to use such mehendi. Wudhu and ghusl with such mehendi will be valid.
If the nail mehendi creates a surface above the nail and the mehendi is impermeable, wudhu and ghusl with such mehendi will not be valid. [1]
