Calling a person with these names without Abdul i.e only Samad, Ahad, Quddus and so on is shirk? if yes so majority of the peoples are calling only Samad, Ahad, Quddus not Abdul Samad, Abdul Ahad, Abdul Quddus, if this is shirk so majority of ummah who are calling like this is kafir???

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The names of Allah are of two types:
- Names that are exclusive to Allah, like ar-Rahman, al-Quddus, al-Khaliq, al-Ghaffar, and as-Samad;
- and names that are not exclusive to Allah, like Malik, ‘Ali, Kabir, Karim, and Rashid.
In principle, it is not permissible to call a person by a name exclusive to Allah. For example, Rahman, Quddus, Khaliq, Ghaffar, or Samad. If a name is not exclusive to Allah, one may call a person by that name.
It is disliked to call a person while leaving out ‘Abdul before a name exclusive to Allah. If one did not prefix an exclusive quality of Allah with ‘Abdul, that is not shirk.[1]

التسمية باسم يوجد في كتاب الله تعالى كالعلي والكبير والرشيد والبديع جائز، لأنه من الأسماء المشتركة ويراد في حق العباد غير ما يراد في حق الله تعالى. أحب الأسماء إلى الله تعالى عبد الله وعبد الرحمن، لكن التسمية بغير هذه الأسماء في هذا الزمان أولى، لأن العوام يصغرون هذه الأسماء عند النداء.
