Our mother owns a property (2bhk flat) in Mumbai. Alhumdulillaah she is hayaat and wants to make a Will to distribute the property as per Shariah amongst all us, 4 siblings, that is 1 brother and 3 sisters, all married. Please guide us if the distribution should be 2:1 that 2 parts for some and 1 part for each daughter or how?

May Allah keep your mothers shadow of life on you for a long time and grant barakah in her life. Aameen.
If your mother passes away, the flat in reference and all her possessions will be distributed according to the Shariah law of Inheritance and Succession. If she is survived only by her four children and no parents and husband, then her estate will be divided into five shares. The son will get two shares and each daughter will get one share. [1]
