Is this true that Hazrat Umar RA made ruju from his ruling of 3 divorces counting as 3?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

(It has been reported) that Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “I have not regretted over anything equal to my regret over three things:

1. That I should not have forbidden talaq
2. That I should not have married off the slaves
3. That I should not have executed the professional wailers”   

The statement attributed above to Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) is not authentic.

There are two defects in the chain of this narration:

1. Khalid ibn Yazid is a weak narrator
2. Yazid bin Abi Malik did not reach Umar. He is known to conceal those who appear between him and the narrator he did not reach.     

Furthermore, in the statement of reference there is no express mention of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) rescinding his verdict on three talaqs.[i][ii][iii]
