Clarification on Fatwa
I am after a clarification of Fatwa 21056
It has been mentioned that Playing that motivates one to go astray from his religion is Kufr.
“Playing that motivates one to go astray from his religion, or to make others go away from it is kufr (infedility). In the Ayat quoted above it has been declared as an act of grave error and infidelity. The punishment for this is similar to that of Kuffar (disbelief). This is a very painful punishment.”
So does that mean If one where to invite a friend to a Cinema or a place where Music is played the one who invites become a Kafir,. Does this mean that all Musicians have fallen into Kufar as they produce music and share it?
Many people in the western world share music, online or show their friends, even something simple as turning on a TV which has music but nobody is wanting their friends to not be Muslims.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Rasulullaah (Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam) is said,
من سن سنة حسنة، فعمل بها، كان له أجرها، ومثل أجر من عمل بها، لا ينقص من أجورهم شيئا، ومن سن سنة سيئة، فعمل بها، كان عليه وزرها، ووزر من عمل بها لا ينقص من أوزارهم شيئا[1]
Translation: “Whoever introduces a good practice that is followed, he will receive its reward and a reward equivalent to that of those who follow it, without that detracting from their reward in their slightest. And whoever introduces a bad practice that is followed, he will receive its sin and a burden of sin equivalent to that of those who follow it, without that detracting from their burden in the slightest.” (Ibn Maajah 203)
Nabi (Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam) is also reported to have said,
مَنْ دَلَّ عَلَى خَيْرٍ فَلَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ فَاعِلِهِ[2]
Translation: “Whoever guides to good has the like of the reward of the person who actually does it.” (Muslim 1893)
Inviting others to engage in sin, albeit a sin itself, does not necessarily lead to kufr, much depends on the type of sin and attitude towards such a law[3]. However, inviting people to sin is a major sin and deprives one of the mercy of Allaah Ta’aala.

23807 – فإن قيل: حكم الكفر أيضًا قد يتعلق بمجرد اللفظ بدلالة أن الهازل بالكفر كافر لوجود اللفظ دون الاعتقاد.
23808 – قلنا: هناك لا يكفر باللفظ لكن باستخفافه بالإسلام.

فَإِنَّ الْهَازِلَ مُسْتَخِفٌّ لَا مَحَالَةَ إذْ الِاسْتِخْفَافُ بِالدِّينِ كُفْرٌ

( سئل ) في رجل عامي شتم رجلين من علماء دين الإسلام وآل بيت النبي عليه أفضل الصلاة وأتم السلام وحقرهما واستخف بهما وبالدين مع كونه شريرا ساعيا بالفساد فهل إذا ثبت عليه ما ذكر بوجهه الشرعي يقتل ؟ ( الجواب ) : نعم قال في البحر ولو صغر الفقيه أو العلوي قاصدا الاستخفاف بالدين كفر
