Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

We take note of your negative sentiments for the winery business. Your aversion for winery and related businesses is an expression of your Iman.

In principle, it is not permissible for a Muslim to be involved in any business dealings of winery. If the deals are done and you are required as an accountant to merely do their books without any business advises as generally is required by accountants, then it is permissible to do the books of the winery. The fees paid by your accounting firm will be permissible for you. [1]
