During Ramadhan when your fasting you have sexsual relationship with your husband but your clothing are still on and climax is happened. Not normally this happens, is the fast valid or not?

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If the husband and wife have intimacy with their clothes on and if they experience climax and ejaculate, then the fast will be invalidated. In such a situation, qadha [make up] for the broken fast is compulsory. There is no kaffarah of 60 days for this situation. However, one should make Taubah and Istighfaar for not exercising precaution in preserving ones fast. [1][2][3][4][5]
