Assalam u Alikum
the first isthekara done by the girl which result is positive then her mother
done the moakal and result is positive and her brother done isthekara on the
hajj his result is negative then i done 4 isthekara and my result is positive
in all isthekara so what we can do now? we are with since four years and we
wants to marry.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If the girl and yourself like each other and both of you are satisfied to marry after following due process, i.e. enquiring about each other and istikhaarah, then you should place your trust in Allah and marry.
Do not have a relationship out of marriage. That is haram and will deprive both of you of barakaat and blessings of Allah.
