After the demise, the orphan’s guardians will be according to the following procedure: 1. His full brothers 2. Consanguine brothers 3. Full brothers sons 4. Consanguine brother’s sons 5. His fathers full brothers 6. The father’s consanguine brothers and Allah Ta’ala Knows Best Mufti Ebrahim Desai FATWA DEPT.
