Assalamualaikum Mufti sb situation is like this : suppose ‘A'(man) is to marry ‘R'(woman), ‘A’suddenly suffers from erectic dysfunction after tie up, and for this very reason he delayed nikah ,and is of the opinion till he is not physically fit he won’t go for nikah, except if he is allowed in shariat, ‘R’ is not ready to marry anyone else except ‘A’ and she is well aware about the problem. Now my question is
1. Could they go for nikah?
2. Please mention each and every condition if any nWasalaam

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh
If ‘R’ agrees to marry ‘A’ as he is, she may do so. However she cannot come out of ‘A’ ‘s marriage due to his erectile dysfunction.

ولو أقام الولي بينة على رضاها بجبه أو عنته أو علمها بحاله عند العقد لم يفرق ( النهر الفائق شرح كنز الدقائق 2/ 470)
ومنها أن لا تكون عالمة بالعيب وقت النكاح حتى لو تزوجت، وهي تعلم أنه عنين، فلا خيار لها؛ لأنها إذا كانت عالمة بالعيب لدى التزويج، فقد رضيت بالعيب كالمشتري إذا كان عالما بالعيب عند البيع، والرضا بالعيب يمنع الرد كما في البيع وغيره، (بدائع الصنائع في ترتيب الشرائع (2/ 325))
وإن تزوجت المرأة رجلا وهي تعلم أنه عنين فلا خيار لها (الجوهرة النيرة (4/ 46)
