Will passing appreciating comments on Haraam activities make one a Kafir?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

I found these statements somewhere and want to check their authenticity.

When a person listens to a singer or sees any haram action, he will lose his faith as soon as he says, “How nice!” to refer to haram. If some lady is dressed indecently and someone says “Good” on that, he loses his faith.

Now I want to ask that passing of appreciative comments make a person to lose his faith. It is very common these days. Nearly every Muslim appreciate haram things in one way or other.
