I know that gold is haram for men in islam. But recently someone told me that that if a man is travelling he is allowed to wear gold in islam only during travelling so that he can use the gold in adverse conditions. Plz advice what is correct in islam

Your question needs more clarity. Please clarify why men cannot “carry” the gold? Why do they have to wear it?
