Can a woman look at a man
Answer:
There are two situations regarding your question. If a woman looks at a man with desire and lust then that will be haram.
However, if a woman looks at a man without any desire then according to Imam Abu Hanifa 
there is nothing wrong with this and this is permissible because it was proven that Saaidah Aaisha 
watched the Ethiopians when they were playing in the mosque. (Durre Mandhuud p.161 v.6)
