Maulana I wondering if it is ok to read 1 para for three consecutive days like this:
1st day: 1, 2, 3
2nd day: 2, 3, 4
3rd day: 3, 4, 5
I think this would help my practice for my taraweehs as well inshAllah. Could you also suggest any mehods to prepare myself for taraweehs?

You can read in that order, but there aren’t many days left for Ramzan, so Just read in the normal way. Inshallah your Hifz will become pakka.
During Ramzan, try out Hazrat sheikh’s tarteeb. Hazrat sheikhul Hadith Mawlana Muhammad Zakaria rahmatullahi alayhi would do 30 khatams in Ramzan.
He would read 1 para 30 times during the day, everyday. He would recite one para in tahajjud a few times and then the same one in chasht and then in sunnats of zuhr and asr, and then in awwabeen and also during the day. So by the end of the month, he would have completed 30 khatams.
If you repeat your taraweeh para 30 times, your Quran will get pakka as well and you will have done 30 khatams at the end as well.
