Different Urdu translations of the Holy Quraan in India and Genuine Hadith

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Tafseer Raheemi

Question:

Assalamu Alaykum,

I am from India and have no doubt about the Holy Quraan but in my country there are 2 types of Tarjuma translations of other languages of the Holy Quraan in Urdu but they are divided into 2 types of translations. One is Ala Hazarat and the Second one is Ashraf Ali translations but I have a confusion about these two translations.

I am also confused about the Hadith. Which are the Authentic and genuine Hadith in the world.

Answer:

Don’t be confused! Translations are almost the same, however, commentary maybe different. Ashraf Ali saheb’s commentary is more closer to Hadith. Also read Riyadhus Saliheen and Fazail-e-A’amaal.
