Can i send my uncle to Hajj if he is bankrupt and owes money to the bank

As salamu alaikum
my uncle (my mothers brother) raised me up he is bankrupt and owes money to a bank his sons are paying the money he still owes.
it been a dream of mine to do something special for him can i send him for haj and will it be hajj makbul.

If you want to do something special for him, help him clear his debts–it is more important (and more consequential in the Next Life) than performing Hajj.
