Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Do women need to pray slightly different than men? Meaning , why should they need to kneel slightly when saying “subhanaRAbiyalazim”. or lay their hands on the ground totally when in Sajda? Is there a difference in the prayer between men and women and if so why should there be when the prophet Muhammad (SAW) said, “Pray as you have seen me pray” Could you please explain what way exactly should a woman pray in?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
