Selling alchol in Dar alHarb

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani

Is it permissible to sell alchol in Dar alHarb to non-Muslims? Would the same ruling apply to haram meats etc? As we know taking riba from kuffar in dar aharb is valid so the above must also be valid?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah,
