Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

It is superior to start from the right for all noble matters, for this was the way of the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).

It is narrated by Sayyida A’isha (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) loved to start from the right hand side in purification as he purified himself, and comb his hair as he combed, and wear shoes as he wore shoes (from the right hand side),”
(Ibn Majah)

Abu Hurairah (Radiallahu Anhu) reports that Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) would begin with the right side when wearing his Kurta. (i.e. He would first place the right hand in the right sleeve.)
(Tirmizi vol.1 pg. 306)

So the good manner of wearing clothes etc, is that the right hand should be in first, then the head and then the left hand or vice versa (left hand then the head).

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
