Is it permissible to sell or buy Islamic children’s books with pictures of humans and animals?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
jazakallah for answering my previous question.

Just for further clarification that means that Islamic children’s books which have pictures of humans and animals are therefore not permissible to draw and publish.

What about a book shop selling islamic books with pictures in them to Muslim children, is this allowed.

Also, is it permissible to buy islamic childrens books with pictures in them.

Answer
Bismillah

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

It is not permissible for any Muslim to prepare or buy a book with animate pictures (i.e. pictures with a head) whether these are for children or adults.

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
