Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

The Nikah of the man will not be valid. According to the Shafi Madhab, Nikah is not valid without a Wali (guardian).

Marriage is something that requires compatibilty and understanding, we advise that both husband and wife adopt the same Madhab.

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
