Translation and meaning of Attahiyyaat

Q: When we say the words “At Tahiyyaatu lilaahi was Salawaatu wat tayibaatu” in tashahhud during Salah, would the following be a correct interpretation? “I am greeting you oh Allah and I perform Salaah and I do good deeds (physical, monetary and with the tongue) for Your pleasure”
