Husband telling the wife “Me and you have no relationship”

Q: My question is that today I told to my wife if next time you do same thing, me and you have no relationship. I am asking you is my divorce valid or am I safe?

Bismillaah

A: If you intended talaaq at the time of uttering these words, then if your wife repeats the action (upon which the talaaq was suspended), the talaaq will take place. 

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
