Removing rings and bangles when making wudhu

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Is it necessary to remove any rings and bangles when making wudhu?

Bismillaah

A: If water reaches the area beneath the rings and bangles without removing it, it will not be necessary to remove the rings and bangles. However if water does not reach the area beneath the rings and bangles, then one should remove the rings and bangles and wash the area beneath it.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
