Raising the grave slightly above the ground

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Is it best for the grave to be flat or slightly raised? If raised, then how high?

Bismillaah

A: The grave should be slightly raised above the ground to the extent of one hand span.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
