Q: There are students who cannot attend jumuah Salaah with the masses on normal time. Is it better to arrange jummah Salaah for them a bit later after school classes or they should be encouraged just to perform zuhr Salaah?
A: Jumuah is among the salient features and symbols of Islam. The one who omits the Jumuah Salaah without any valid reason has committed a criminal offence in the sight of Allah Ta’ala. Not being able to attend on account of school lessons is certainly not a valid excuse for omitting the Jumuah Salaah. If permission is not granted, then Jumuah should be arranged at that venue.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
