Q: I have had spinal cord injury therefore, I don’t get erection so no sex. My wife needs it and I want to do it. I am a young man 40 years old. Doctors can’t help me. My question is can I use a strap on penis to satisfy my wife and myself and to keep the family from breaking apart?
A: It is not haraam, but it is unnatural.
