Dealing with Urine Dripping During Ibadaah: To Wash or Not to Wash?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: I have a problem of urine dripping at odd times even after washing properly. I have taken the measure of putting extra toilet paper, so not to soil my underwear. My question is if I felt the urine drop, do I need to wash again or can I make wudhu and complete my ibadaah.

Bismillaah

A: If urine comes out it will break the wudhu. Wash the soiled area upon which the urine drop had come upon. Thereafter you should repeat your wudhu.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
