Q:

1. Is it fardh to change name when one does not have an Islamic name?

2. Would you provide me a website or an e-book where by I can have access of a reliable tafsir of ayaats of the holy Quran.

1. It is not fardh, but it is important.

2. For tafseer we recommend that you refer to an aalim and learn under his guidance.
