Q: Please how can I know if I’ve been affected by Jinn, Sihr or a spell of any sort?

Bismillaah

A: Do not let your mind unnecessarily go towards these things. Recite the four Quls and Aayatul Kursi after your five daily Salaah and before retiring to bed. Allah Ta’ala will save you from all harm.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
