Blood in one’s phlegm

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If one makes wudhu after having a nose bleed which subsequently stopped and was cleaned as best as possible, does it break if a while later some blood is found in one’s phlegm?

Bismillaah

A: If the blood is equal to the phlegm or more than the phlegm, then the wudhu will break. However if the blood is less than the phlegm, the wudhu will not break.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
