Installing credit card machines

Q: My company instals the credit card swap machine of a bank for merchants here in UAE and I am in to the sales department. I am getting a fixed salary and on every installation my company is giving me extra commission and on every transaction the bank charges the merchant fees for, I also get commission on that transactions as well. I want to know whether my earning is halaal or haraam.
