Q: This wazifa I have seen on a web site. This wazifa can be read at any time with wadhu or withour wadhu for any haajat. Is it permissible? The wazifa is Surah Tawbah ayat no. 128 and 129.
A: To recite the Qur’aan without wudhu is permissible.
