Setting a fixed date for sending esaal-e-sawab

Q: Can a specific date be fixed for sending esal sawab for deceased e.g. days of hajj (any of those days..not necessary one specific date/day every year), thereafter the attendees are fed?

A: In Shari’ah there is no time stipulated for conveying reward to the deceased. One may convey the reward at any time one wishes. 

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
