Does one have to make purdah from a mentally disabled brother in-law?

Q: I am married. My husbands brother lives with us he is mental. Do I have to have to make parda in front of him?

A: If he has a mental disability and he does know what is lust (husband and wife relationship), then you do not need to observe purdah from him.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
