Raising the price of an item because the market value has escalated

Q: Can I raise the price of an item because the market value is gone higher but it has not cost me more? I have mostly non Muslim clients and sometimes the clients know its the same old stock and ask how can I change the price if new stock has not come in?

A: Since the goods belong to you, you may sell it at any price you wish.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
