The Ulama of Deoband’s Belief on the Finality of Nubuwwat

Q: Is it true that founders of Deobandi school such as Maulana Qasim Nanotwi did not believe that Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) is the final prophet of Allah?

A: These Buzrugaane Deen (May Allah Ta’ala fill their graves with noor) were luminaries of their times. They were responsible for spreading Deen and the sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) to the four corners of the world. Similarly they were involved in the effort of proving the finality of the prophethood of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) throughout their lives.
