Q:
- I soaped my body and under private parts and arm pits twice so is my ghusl done and I forgot to put water in the belly button and in the ears so I went back in and put water in the ears and belly button. Is my ghusl done?
- I was laying down and my legs were closed together and I could feel jerks like a few but not like the ones when semen comes out so would I need to do ghusl in the Mornning? There was no liquid and the tip was dry.
- While I was reading fajr I felt a strain in the penis but I don’t know if anything came out
A:
- Yes
- If there was emission of semen with desire and force, then ghusal will be compulsory.
- If nothing came out, then the namaaz is valid.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
الباب الثاني في الغسل وفيه ثلاثة فصول الفصل الأول في فرائضة وهي ثلاثة المضمضة والاستنشاق وغسل جميع البدن على ما في المتون وحد المضمضة والاستنشاق كما مر في الوضوء من الخلاصة (الفتاوى الهندية 1/ 13)
( وفرض ) الغسل ( عند ) خروج ( مني ) من العضو وإلا فلا يفرض اتفاقا لأنه في حكم الباطن ( منفصل عن مقره ) هو صلب الرجل وترائب المرأة… ( بشهوة ) أي لذة ولو حكما كمحتلم ولم يذكر الدفق ليشمل مني المرأة (الدر المختار 1/159)
المعاني الناقضة للوضوء كل ما يخرج من السبيلين لقوله تعالى { أو جاء أحد منكم من الغائط } وقيل لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما الحدث قال ما يخرج من السبيلين وكلمة ما عامة فتتناول المعتاد وغيره. (الهداية 1/22)
